    Frequently Asked Questions on Completing the Asset Declarations Forms

    Through which substantiated complaints regarding inaccuracies in the asset declarations of judges, prosecutors and Council members can be submitted by individuals or legal entities. Inaccuracies in the asset declarations can be reported at the following email address: prijava.nepravilnosti@pravosudje.ba.

    Submitted complaints will be considered as reports on inaccurate statements in asset declarations in accordance with Article 86c, paragraph (2) of the Law on the HJPC BiH, based on which additional checks of the asset declarations will generally be initiated. The complainant will receive information about the actions taken within 60 days of submission of the complaint.
