According to the annual Case Resolution Plan for 2025, the obligation to resolve 167 first-instance cases has been determined, while according to the quarterly Case Resolution Plans for 2025, the obligation to resolve a total of 298 cases has been determined. In total, the obligation to resolve 465 cases according to all plans in 2025 has been determined.

On 31^st December 2025, 465 cases were resolved, so that the percentage of plans resolved is 100%.

The implementation of the case resolution plans is the result of the exceptional efforts of the judges who resolved the cases from the plans, the timely preparation of the plans, continuous analysis of the implementation of the plans at the sessions of the college and department sessions, as well as the timely updating of the measures that contributed to the implementation of the plans.
